Tripura Chief Minister Professor Dr. Manik Saha had campaigned in three Assembly constituencies of Champaran district during the Bihar election campaign. He said the victory of the BJP-led alliance is assured because, considering what Lalu Prasad Yadav has done in Bihar, their defeat was inevitable.
