In Bishalgarh, a dilapidated Congress office that had become a den for drug addicts was recently set on fire by drug peddlers. However, that very fire seems to have reignited the spirit of the Congress.

On Sunday afternoon, State Congress President Ashish Saha, along with party supporters, visited the burnt Congress office. He assured that the office would be repaired soon and political activities would resume from there.

Saha also alleged that due to the violence and obstruction by ruling party workers, the Congress has been unable to reopen the office.

He further remarked that the ruling party in Bishalgarh is deeply divided by internal factionalism, and that local residents are living in fear.

Ashish Saha pledged to work with the administration to restore peace, normalcy, and beauty in Bishalgarh.
