“Blood donation camp on the death anniversary of the Constitution’s architect.”

On Saturday, the 70th death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Indian Constitution, was observed across the country. On this occasion, various state governments, the central government, and several organizations undertook different programmes.


To mark the 70th death anniversary of the Constitution’s architect, the state branch of the All India SC/ST Welfare Association, with the support of ONGC Tripura Asset, organized a blood donation camp. The camp was held at the ONGC Mahila Samiti Hall.


The blood donation camp was inaugurated by ONGC Agartala Asset Manager Sanjeev Kumar Jha, who encouraged voluntary blood donors. Later, speaking about the event, the ONGC Tripura Asset Manager congratulated the organizers for taking such a noble initiative. He said that today is the death anniversary of the Constitution’s architect, a day of great significance. Dr. Ambedkar always stood for equality and justice for all citizens, and his entire life was devoted to the upliftment of the underprivileged sections of society.


There was notable enthusiasm and excitement among the voluntary blood donors participating in the camp.
