Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most advanced technological tools in today’s world. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is strongly emphasizing the use of this technology across the country. The Prime Minister’s primary objective is to improve the socio-economic system of the nation through the application of AI. As part of this initiative, the India AI Impact Summit 2026 will be held in New Delhi from February 15 to 20.

In connection with this summit, an AI-focused workshop was organized on Friday at Pragna Bhavan in the state capital. The main theme of the workshop was “Artificial Intelligence for Inclusive Growth.” The workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Secretary of the state, J.K. Sinha. The event was attended by IT Secretary Kiran Gitte, along with other senior officials. Students from various engineering and polytechnic colleges of the state also participated in the workshop.

While addressing the gathering, Chief Secretary J.K. Sinha stated that the core vision of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, was “the welfare of all and happiness for all.” He emphasized that the upcoming AI Summit in Delhi aims to put Bapuji’s ideals and philosophy into practical application. The Chief Secretary expressed optimism that the AI conference would be successful in achieving these goals.

Friday also marked the death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. On this occasion, before the commencement of the workshop at Pragna Bhavan, all those present observed two minutes of silence in his memory.
