The Tripura Irregular DWS Pump Operators’ Association is a legitimate organization, and attempts are being made to spread confusion about it. The upcoming conference scheduled for 17 November has no connection with the Majdur Monitoring Cell. This is what Convenor Biplab Kar stated at a press conference today.

Biplab Kar alleged that the BJP in Tripura has no independent workers’ organization. He said that the conference of the Tripura Pump Operators’ Association, to be held on 17 November at Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhavan, has no link with the Majdur Monitoring Cell or the Tripura Irregular DWS Pump Operators’ Association.

He further stated that confusion is being created regarding a recent meeting held at the BJP state office, Kushabhau Bhavan, under the leadership of Jaharlal Dey and Kamal Dey. Biplab Kar also accused certain individuals of misguiding pump operators by falsely using the name of BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee.

Making an appeal to the pump operators, Biplab Kar urged them not to believe any misinformation. He reiterated that the conference on 17 November has no relation to the Majdur Monitoring Cell.
