Judo trainers from Japan felicitated:

The Tripura Olympic Association felicitated two female and one male judo trainers who arrived from Japan. The felicitation ceremony was held on Saturday evening at a private hotel in Agartala.

The event was attended by Tripura’s Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Tinku Roy, North East Sports Association Secretary General John F. Kharsing, President of the Meghalaya State Olympic Association L. Darlong, along with several officials from the state sports department.

The visiting Japanese judo trainers were welcomed with flower bouquets and traditional scarves. During the ceremony, the State Sports Minister congratulated the Japanese trainers and expressed his appreciation for their contribution to promoting judo in Tripura.

A vote of thanks was delivered by Swapan Saha, Vice President of the Tripura Olympic Association, marking the conclusion of the program.
