Special initiative taken by the 36 Shantirbazar Mandal President to take the Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat programme to the people.

As the Shantirbazar Assembly constituency has several remote areas where television facilities are unavailable, it often becomes difficult to properly broadcast the Prime Minister’s “Mann Ki Baat” programme. Keeping this in mind, the 36 Shantirbazar Mandal President took a special initiative to ensure the programme reaches every booth under the Shantirbazar Assembly constituency.

With the support of Shantirbazar MLA Pramod Reang, and through the dedicated efforts of Mandal President Debashish Bhowmik and District President of the Kisan Morcha, Satyabrata Saha, 65 smart TVs were distributed to 65 booths across the Shantirbazar Assembly constituency. The smart TVs were handed over to the booth presidents of all booths at the Shantirbazar BJP party office.

Speaking to the media about the programme, Mandal President Debashish Bhowmik said that the initiative was undertaken to ensure that the Prime Minister’s Mann Ki Baat programme reaches everyone. He emphasized that this effort aims to connect people from even the most remote areas with the Prime Minister’s message.

People who received the smart TVs from the 36 Shantirbazar Mandal expressed great happiness. Residents of the Shantirbazar subdivision thanked the Mandal President for taking such a meaningful initiative. Many expressed hope that under the leadership of Debashish Bhowmik and Satyabrata Saha, the Shantirbazar Assembly constituency will witness significant development in the future.
