The executive committee meeting of the All Tripura Judo Association was held.

The executive committee meeting of the All Tripura Judo Association was held on Tuesday at the Zilla Parishad Hall of West Tripura district.

The meeting was attended by Antara Dev Sarkar, MLA and President of the All Tripura Judo Association, along with the Vice Presidents, General Secretary, and other committee members. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the upcoming state-level judo championship.

At the end of the meeting, jerseys were handed over to the sub-junior state team players, who will represent Tripura in the upcoming Sub-Junior National Judo Championship to be held in Hyderabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Antara Dev Sarkar stated that special initiatives have been undertaken to expand the game of judo across all eight districts of the state. She further mentioned that three coaches from Japan had recently visited Tripura to provide training to local players, which has significantly benefited the state’s judo athletes.
